This Agreement has been signed last week at Lextransport’s headquarters by Javier Néstor Val, Lextransport’s manager and Richard Cal, Union Truck Services’ manager -a professional with an experience of over 20 years at giving assistance to road transport companies of both, goods and passengers as the CEO of France Truck.

With this collaboration, Lextransport anticipates to the protectionist measures that the French government intends to bring in against the social dumping within the transport sector which demands, among others, the application of the Minimum Wage to those foreign transport companies that make cabotage in France with the aim of giving a solution to the necessities that these companies might have.

Taking into account the road assistance points that the French company has (over 400), Lextransport, in turn, broadens its coverage of the 24 x 365 assistance in order to give solutions to all the contingencies that may occur during the development of the road transport activity, especially in the current context in which the roadside controls performed by the agents of the French authority have increased as a result of the prohibition of taking the weekly rest period inside the vehicle.

The signature of this agreement means the constitution of the first partnership between both companies that does not rule out future collaborations with the common and primordial aim of defending the interests of the road transport companies of both, goods and passengers, within the E.U.
