Il s\u2019agit du principal march\u00e9 \u00e0 destination de l\u2019Europe dont l\u2019Allemagne, la France et le Royaume Unis sont les premiers importateurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment s\u2019organise ce type de transport?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous d\u00e9barquons dans le <strong>d\u00e9partement affr\u00e8tement<\/strong> du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grupomasher.es\">Groupe Masher<\/a> \u00e0 Cuevas de Almanzora (Almeria) vendredi midi. Un client habituel appelle pour confirmer le chargement d\u2019un camion qui doit se rendre en Angleterre. Il donne des pr\u00e9cisions sur les entrep\u00f4ts o\u00f9 les marchandises doivent \u00eatre livr\u00e9es et la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 laquelle\u00a0 doivent \u00eatre les <strong><em>palettes<\/em><\/strong>. Le client est alors inform\u00e9 de l\u2019immatriculation et le chauffeur est averti afin qu\u2019il puisse se mettre en route le soir m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>ordre de transport <\/strong>sp\u00e9cifie les points de chargement de la marchandise qui compte 26 palettes pour un total de 20.000kg de tomates, concombres, poivrons et aubergines. Le chauffeur responsable du fret devra s\u2019assurer, thermom\u00e8tre en main que les denr\u00e9es soient maintenues \u00e0 la <strong>temp\u00e9rature<\/strong> indiqu\u00e9e par le client.<\/p>\n<p>Lors du chargement, la temp\u00e9rature est renseign\u00e9e sur un document et pendant le trajet, un <strong>thermographe <\/strong>aidera au contr\u00f4le. Le chauffeur sera responsable d\u2019annoter\u00a0 la temp\u00e9rature sur ce document tout au long du trajet.<\/p>\n<p>Le camion est alors pr\u00eat \u00e0 partir pour Enfield (Angleterre). Le chauffeur effectuant le voyage se chargera avant le d\u00e9part de contr\u00f4ler une fois de plus que tous les <strong>syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> fonctionnent correctement.<\/p>\n<p>Afin que le transport s\u2019effectue avec un maximum de garanties, le Groupe Masher utilise un <strong>syst\u00e8me GPS <\/strong>qui permet de localiser le camion en temps r\u00e9el en plus de contr\u00f4ler les heures de conduite ainsi que la temp\u00e9rature du fret \u00e0 tout moment. Le conducteur peut \u00e9galement consulter cette information sur la <em>tablette <\/em>dont il dispose dans le camion. Depuis les bureaux, des <strong>alertes de temp\u00e9ratures<\/strong> sont \u00e9galement mises en place. Dans tous les cas, ils ne prennent pas de risques, et en plus de former leurs conducteurs pour \u00e9viter l\u2019entr\u00e9e des <strong>\u00e9migrants clandestins<\/strong> dans les remorques, leur protocole demande au chauffeur d\u2019enregistrer manuellement sur une fiche de suivi tous les arr\u00eats et les v\u00e9rifications effectu\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e au train de l\u2019Eurotunnel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La recherche des trajets de retours pour r\u00e9duire les Kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 vide <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la livraison et la p\u00e9riode de repos pr\u00e9vue, le voyage de retour vers l\u2019Espagne commence.
