\nIntervenant comme un m\u00e9diateur pour des r\u00e9clamations et suivant une proc\u00e9dure stricte, il a permis de r\u00e9duire le volume de r\u00e9clamations de paiement de 35%.
\nDans le cas o\u00f9 le transporteur n\u2019a pas re\u00e7u le paiement d\u2019une facture, il informe le service contentieux, qui proc\u00e8de \u00e0 la r\u00e9clamation au d\u00e9biteur, pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 suspendre son acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la bourse.
\nDe plus, Wtransnet dispose d\u2019un comit\u00e9 d\u2019Audit qui renforce le travail du service contentieux gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une monitorisation du comportement des entreprises adh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 la bourse afin de p\u00e9naliser celles qui n\u2019agissent pas selon les normes \u00e9tablies.
