De facto, desde que se constituiu a Comunidade Econ\u00f3mica Europeia em 1958, os brit\u00e2nicos sempre mantiveram um certo descr\u00e9dito face \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es comunit\u00e1rias, tratando de desenhar uma Europa \u00e0 sua medida.<\/p>\n<p>Esta ambiguidade institucional levou a referendar, por parte da cidadania brit\u00e2nica, a sua vontade expressa de interromper o v\u00ednculo institucional com a Uni\u00e3o Europeia com um resultado a favor de 51,9%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.wtransnet.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2017\/06\/brexit-transporte-Europa-wtransnet.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1440\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wtransnet.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2017\/06\/brexit-transporte-Europa-wtransnet.jpg\" alt=\"brexit-transporte-Europa-wtransnet\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.wtransnet.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2017\/06\/brexit-transporte-Europa-wtransnet.jpg 500w, https:\/\/blog.wtransnet.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2017\/06\/brexit-transporte-Europa-wtransnet-300x180.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mas\u2026 o que \u00e9 o Brexit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O t\u00e9rmino Brexit \u00e9 composto por duas palavras: &#8216;british&#8217; e &#8216;exit&#8217; (em portugu\u00eas, &#8216;brit\u00e2nico&#8217; e &#8216;sa\u00edda&#8217;) e define a sa\u00edda do Reino Unido da Uni\u00e3o Europeia, um processo que se iniciou oficialmente no passado 29 de Mar\u00e7o de 2017 e que durar\u00e1 2 anos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que impacto ter\u00e1 o Brexit no transporte?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 ao momento, apenas podemos especular, concentrando as d\u00favidas e os temores sobre o aspeto econ\u00f3mico e do custo das empresas. Mas, existem j\u00e1 alguns sinais de mudan\u00e7a?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c1ngel Castillo<\/strong>, respons\u00e1vel comercial do <a href=\"http:\/\/www.caliche.es\/\"><strong>Grupo Caliche<\/strong><\/a>, com sede em M\u00farcia, tem um grande volume de tr\u00e1fegos para o Reino Unido, confirma a nossa suposi\u00e7\u00e3o: \u201c<em>O an\u00fancio do Brexit n\u00e3o afetou o volume de cargas que estamos a levar para o Reino Unido. Inclusive, temos mais expedi\u00e7\u00f5es que o ano passado\u201d. <\/em>No entanto, acrescenta que <em>\u201cos nossos clientes que exportam ou importam para o mercado ingl\u00eas, renegociaram as suas tarifas, uma vez que tentam imputar ao transporte os desajustes que a mudan\u00e7a de divisa est\u00e1 a provocar\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As opini\u00f5es de outros associados, acostumados a trabalhar com o Reino Unido, n\u00e3o diferem muito desta primeira. Todos est\u00e3o de acordo em que ainda \u00e9 cedo para ver implica\u00e7\u00f5es na sua atividade. Os fluxos de trabalho continuam a ser os mesmos e tudo faz pressagiar que n\u00e3o se dar\u00e3o modifica\u00e7\u00f5es de um modo iminente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Produziram-se mudan\u00e7as nos fluxos de mercadorias dentro da Bolsa de Cargas da Wtransnet?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se tiv\u00e9ssemos que analisar o Brexit desde o ponto de vista das ofertas de cargas e cami\u00f5es desde ou para as ilhas brit\u00e2nicas, poder\u00edamos dizer que nada mudou.
