Alguns dos aspetos mais\nvalorizados s\u00e3o a efic\u00e1cia na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas, o tempo de resposta, o <em>Business\nAssistant <\/em>e a informa\u00e7\u00e3o recebida perante uma eventual incid\u00eancia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Business Assistant<\/em><\/strong><strong>, a \u201cestrela\u201d da Wtransnet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O acompanhamento personalizado de cada utilizador \u00e9\numa das m\u00e1ximas do nosso servi\u00e7o de apoio ao cliente, que procura responder\nsempre \u00e0s necessidades espec\u00edficas de cada um. Neste sentido, todos contam com\num <strong>respons\u00e1vel de conta ou <em>Business Assistant<\/em><\/strong>, encarregado de\ngarantir que a experi\u00eancia de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da plataforma \u00e9 satisfat\u00f3ria e que o\nutilizador tira o m\u00e1ximo partido das oportunidades que esta oferece. Trata-se\nde uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o importante com a qual 97% dos inquiridos se declaram satisfeitos\nou muito satisfeitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A rapidez no apoio ao cliente<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o ter de esperar para ser atendido quando se tem um\nproblema \u00e9 sempre uma reivindica\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer utilizador. Em termos gerais, 75% dos inquiridos creem que n\u00e3o\ns\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias melhorias no tempo de resposta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efici\u00eancia do servi\u00e7o de\nmedia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Wtransnet conta com um <strong>servi\u00e7o de media\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\neficiente que interv\u00e9m em situa\u00e7\u00f5es de atrasos de pagamento entre colaboradores,\nquer no caso de viagens para as quais se contratou o servi\u00e7o de <strong>garantia de\ncobran\u00e7a<\/strong> quer no caso das restantes.
