Analisando a atividade na <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pt.wtransnet.com\/indicador-transporte\">bolsa de cargas da Wtransnet<\/a><\/strong> como <strong>indicador macroecon\u00f3mico, <\/strong>encontram-se alguns dados relevantes que destacam o impacto da COVID-19 nos fluxos de transporte rodovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wtransnet.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2020\/05\/01-barometro500x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1799\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.wtransnet.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2020\/05\/01-barometro500x300.jpg 500w, https:\/\/blog.wtransnet.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2020\/05\/01-barometro500x300-300x180.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde o in\u00edcio da <strong>crise\ndo coronav\u00edrus em Portugal<\/strong>, a atividade na bolsa de cargas da <strong>Wtransnet<\/strong>, que faz parte do Grupo\nAlpega, decorreu em conformidade com o que acontecia no pa\u00eds e na Europa, sendo\naplicadas medidas restritivas que afetaram o <strong>transporte rodovi\u00e1rio de\nmercadorias<\/strong>. Um contexto muito particular em que, apesar das restri\u00e7\u00f5es,\nn\u00e3o se registou uma descida brusca do fluxo de mercadorias, ao contr\u00e1rio do que\nseria previs\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas passemos aos dados, o primeiro que chama a aten\u00e7\u00e3o\n\u00e9 que, ao comparar o n\u00famero de <strong>ofertas\nde cargas<\/strong> tendo como origem e\/ou destino Portugal publicadas com as de\n2019, vemos que no in\u00edcio os n\u00fameros s\u00e3o muito parecidos, mas a partir da <strong>semana onze<\/strong> (que coincide com a entrada\nem vigor do estado de alerta, assim como com a declara\u00e7\u00e3o do estado de alarme\nem Espanha), detetam-se na plataforma mais 44% de ofertas de carga do que em\n2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde esse momento, e \u00e0 medida que os acontecimentos\nse sucederam em todo o continente devido \u00e0 pandemia, as ofertas de cargas foram\ndescendo, ao passo que, como \u00e9 habitual em per\u00edodos em que este par\u00e2metro \u00e9\nmenor, aumenta consideravelmente a <strong>oferta\nde ve\u00edculos<\/strong>. Neste segundo cen\u00e1rio, o pico m\u00e1ximo ocorre na semana treze,\nsendo que o negativo coincide com a Semana Santa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma base a partir da qual se constatou uma demarca\u00e7\u00e3o\nem for\u00e7a, coincidindo com o <strong>recome\u00e7o<\/strong>\npaulatino da <strong>atividade<\/strong> <strong>produtiva<\/strong>. Deste modo, est\u00e1 a ocorrer\numa viragem tanto na oferta de cargas como de ve\u00edculos que, se dever\u00e1 confirmar\nnas pr\u00f3ximas semanas, em linha com a melhoria progressiva geral e a abertura\ndos diferentes intervenientes econ\u00f3micos na Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estes dados s\u00e3o validados ao analisar os indicadores\nde <strong>exporta\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, importa\u00e7\u00f5es e\ntransporte nacional. No primeiro caso, atendendo aos n\u00fameros dos quatro\nprincipais destinos das mercadorias portuguesas (Fran\u00e7a, It\u00e1lia, Alemanha e\nEspanha) apenas se registou uma descida significativa nos n\u00fameros do mercado\nfranc\u00eas, com 32% menos que em 2019. Descidas moderadas em It\u00e1lia e Espanha (-7%\ne -10% respetivamente) e aumento de 15% nos fluxos com a Alemanha, uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o\nexcecional, tendo em conta as circunst\u00e2ncias. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No que diz respeito \u00e0s <strong>importa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, apenas desceram relativamente a 2019 as provenientes\nda Alemanha (menos 14%), tendo aumentado nos outros tr\u00eas pa\u00edses, at\u00e9 19% no\ncaso de It\u00e1lia, 12% para Espanha e 7% para Fran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relativamente ao transporte dom\u00e9stico, as cargas que\nt\u00eam como origem e destino Portugal durante o m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o, o mais duro da\ncrise, detetou-se uma ligeira mas sintom\u00e1tica viragem de 1%.
