Uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o que, embora distinta, nos recorda do inicio do ano e dos momentos mais duros da pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wtransnet.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2020\/11\/areas-servicio-segunda-vaga-covid-body.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1903\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.wtransnet.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2020\/11\/areas-servicio-segunda-vaga-covid-body.jpg 500w, https:\/\/blog.wtransnet.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2020\/11\/areas-servicio-segunda-vaga-covid-body-300x180.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Com esta perspetiva, o setor do transporte rodovi\u00e1rio\nde mercadorias interroga-se se, como aconteceu h\u00e1 alguns meses, os\nprofissionais voltar\u00e3o a ter iguais dificuldades para realizar o seu trabalho,\ndeparando-se com <strong>\u00e1reas de servi\u00e7o<\/strong>\nfechadas e sem possibilidade de aceder a servi\u00e7os m\u00ednimos de restaura\u00e7\u00e3o e\nduches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atualmente, n\u00e3o existe uma normativa comum, as medidas\ns\u00e3o diferentes de pa\u00eds para pa\u00eds, algo que traz grandes incertezas aos\nmotoristas, sobretudo \u00e0queles que se dedicam ao transporte de mercadorias de\nlongo curso e, por isso, t\u00eam de passar muitos dias e muitas noites na estrada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto assim \u00e9 que, desde que come\u00e7aram a ser aplicadas\nalgumas das medidas de restri\u00e7\u00e3o nos diferentes pa\u00edses, centenas de\nestabelecimentos junto \u00e0s estradas, dentro e fora das \u00e1reas de servi\u00e7o,\nencerraram as suas portas. Existe o medo de que as <strong>medidas de limita\u00e7\u00e3o da\nmobilidade<\/strong><em> <\/em>deixem\nde lado os profissionais de um setor que demonstrou ser fundamental durante a\nprimeira fase da crise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neste sentido, associa\u00e7\u00f5es como a <strong>Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Europeia de Trabalhadores do Transporte (ETF)<\/strong> j\u00e1 entraram\nem a\u00e7\u00e3o, para que n\u00e3o se repitam tais situa\u00e7\u00f5es, e j\u00e1 enviaram uma <strong>carta aberta aos Estados-membros\nda UE<\/strong>, na qual pedem que se mantenham abertos os restaurantes,\nas cafetarias e as instala\u00e7\u00f5es sanit\u00e1rias existentes nas \u00e1reas de servi\u00e7o do\ncontinente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em <strong>Fran\u00e7a<\/strong>,\num dos pa\u00edses chave do transporte intercontinental, dada a sua localiza\u00e7\u00e3o\ngeogr\u00e1fica, no qual est\u00e1 em aplica\u00e7\u00e3o um confinamento geral, a Dire\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral de\nInfraestruturas, Transportes e Mar e a Conselheira Social do Minist\u00e9rio dos\nTransportes decretaram, ap\u00f3s se terem reunido com sindicatos e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es\nempresariais, que as esta\u00e7\u00f5es de servi\u00e7o, bem como as respetivas instala\u00e7\u00f5es\nsanit\u00e1rias, devem permanecer abertas. Do mesmo modo, a rede de autoestradas\nAPRR compromete-se a disponibilizar comida quente, pelo menos durante a noite,\npara os profissionais do transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na <strong>Alemanha<\/strong>,\nonde tamb\u00e9m se decretou um confinamento praticamente total, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 muito\nsemelhante. Os servi\u00e7os de higiene b\u00e1sicos mant\u00eam-se abertos, mas o mesmo n\u00e3o\nacontece com a restaura\u00e7\u00e3o, que apenas tem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para servir para fora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em pa\u00edses como a <strong>Espanha<\/strong>, onde \u00e9 aos governos regionais que compete aplicar as\nmedidas restritivas que entenderem, encontramos solu\u00e7\u00f5es muito d\u00edspares: na\nComunidade de Madrid, todos os restaurantes est\u00e3o abertos (com limita\u00e7\u00f5es no\nn\u00famero de clientes), enquanto em <strong>Navarra<\/strong>\nou na <strong>Catalunha<\/strong> apenas \u00e9 permitido\nfazer comida para fora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encontramos um exemplo desta \u00faltima zona\nna esta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o da <a href=\"https:\/\/onturtle.eu\/es\/\"><strong>OnTurtle<\/strong><\/a>\n&nbsp;La Jonquera, onde\ncontinuam dispon\u00edveis servi\u00e7os essenciais para os motoristas, como casas de\nbanho, duches (entre as 8h e as 22h), lavandaria (24 horas por dia) ou\nsupermercado (aberto das 8h \u00e0s 22h). O estacionamento para cami\u00f5es continua em\nfuncionamento, com acesso 24 horas por dia. Por outro lado, o restaurante\ndisponibiliza comida para fora entre as 12h e as 21h, at\u00e9 poder abrir novamente\nas portas e retomar a sua atividade habitual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o nos encontramos novamente no ponto de partida, mas\nquase.
