The new measures taken to debtor companies reduce the number of claims

Following its quality policy (QAP) and to avoid payment issues, Wtransnet has launched throughout this year a series of measures that have reduced the number of complaints by 35%
The new procedure penalizes the debtor for each delayed payment, regardless of any subsequent measures that Wtransnet can take in case of recurrence. This has made it possible not only a reduction of payment claims but also an improvement of the payment deadline to the haulier.
This procedure, along with the tightening of the warnings by the Audit Committee, is positioning Wtransnet as the safest freight exchange.
