Wtransnet renounces to 3 million of Euro of benefits by rejecting the companies that have not passed its Quality Standards

A total of 2,500 companies asking for being registered in the Exchange are rejected each year for failure to meet the required parameters.
Its strict quality policy and the commitment to create a safe working environment for transport and logistics companies have made Wtransnet the leading European Exchange in security.
Since the beginning, it has worked to create and maintain standards of reliability and professionalism to help enterprises to establish collaborations in a reliable environment and minimizing any risk, especially when is closing contracts with new partners.

Wtransnet accepts only 30% of the applications received each year. This means that 2,500 companies are rejected for not meeting the requirements. Before admitting a new company in the exchange, not only its documentation and solvency are analyzed but also its history and track record are reviewed within the sector. The procedure applies to companies offering freights and also to carriers being the only exchange with hauliers providing references of their own customers. Strict monitoring continues once the company has become a member and its behaviour is monitored regularly while working in the exchange.

All these measures are set out in the QAP system (Quality Assurance Policy), exclusive of Wtransnet, which we discussed in the post Creating a safe working environment is responsibility of all transport companies with access to the Freight Exchange.
Applying this strict quality system has meant Wtransnet renouncing 3.000.000€, a significant figure that while not adding to its invoicing, it does to its leading position in security, putting the quality over quantity and reinforcing its dedication to service and as a tool for the sector.
