Wtransnet offers a new Chat service to its members expanding its Customer Service channels

At a time in which we live literally connected and not just at home or in the office but also when we are on the road, our users demand a greater agility of response to queries that may eventually arise when using the application.

Hence, the Wtransnet technical team has developed an online chat that connects directly users of the freight and truck exchange with the Customer Service.
The advantages are many: besides the immediacy of response mentioned at the beginning, we have to add the fact that it is a free channel for the customer. The chat keeps a close and real time conversation with users and, with the difference compared to phone, it is possible to send links for further information at the moment. There is also the option to send and receive files, which the user will be able to print later. Another possibility is the remote control to the system to provide immediate support.

The Wtransnet chat is active in seven languages: Spanish, English, German, Portuguese, French, Italian and Polish and since one month ago, all associates can use this instant, secure and free channel to communicate with their Business Assistant.
